SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION
Click the Apply Now button on your home’s listing page to create an account and complete our online application. Once submitted, we will review and contact you with the next steps of the leasing process!
There is a non-refundable $100 application fee for each person over 18 applying to lease a home with NuNu Realty. Any roommate information will be required as part of the application.
APPLY NOW APPLICATION PROCESS
- To secure the home a initial security deposit of one month’s rent is required.
- Pay the online application fee in full via credit card or bank account.
- Submit your completed application.
- We will inform you if any supporting documentation is needed, or if any submitted documentation needs verification. Be prepared to do so quickly so you can secure the home.
- A representative from NuNu will contact you with the application results and provide details on your next steps.
- Upon approval, you will sign your lease agreement, pay first and last month’s rent.
